Public authorities, municipal IT providers and special-purpose associations work under obligations no one else has. Imperia is built for them — and runs in your own data centre where that is required.
Imperia runs on our own hardware in German data centres at two locations. The data never leaves the country, processing follows Article 28 GDPR, and the data centres are certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Where even that is not enough, you run the same software in-house — same licence, same scope.
Anyone accountable for public money has to be able to show what happened. Imperia records every action: who triggered it, when, on which device and with what result — including the ones that were refused and the ones that failed. Reports summarise this on a schedule and go to whoever needs them.
A municipal IT provider rarely looks after a single authority. Imperia separates tenants at the core: every query is bound to its customer scope, an account sees only its own estate, and who may do what is set by a freely configurable matrix instead of a fixed list of roles.
